can you specify why it didn't run? Did you make sure to unzip it, did you make sure windows allowed it to run?
yeah, it just got stuck at a loading screen forever ;/
oh, the loading might take a while, its placing thousands of objects into the scene kind of slow to make sure you don't crash, if you hear music that means you'r e close to being done loading
