I really like the Robin Hood concept, love the story. Your game has everything a HCG needs. You recorded all sounds by yourself, that's very impressive. It took me some time to realize that bullet time was not for the stall in front of player but the one after it, Although you have added that white cylinder to indicate that. I would recommend adding an outline to the stall instead of that white cylinder. I agree with MaskedMoon's point on scoring. Other than that I believe it is a very high quality work.
