Intriguing game! The pixel art and presentation style remind me a lot of Petscop. The music is pretty nice as well.
Gameplay wise, I was only able to figure out the first puzzle, but it was a rewarding experience. This is indeed a game where you have to think outside the box to solve the puzzles. Unfortunately, the 2nd puzzle completely stumped me, but I’m hoping someone will be able to crack it!
Some feedback:
-It seems that using the phone multiple times after the initial conversation can repeat that dialogue.
-Repeated dialogue also occurs when using the shower during the 2nd puzzle.
-The transition to entering rooms can be a bit jarring, but also exiting some rooms could be a little bit more telegraphed. (Maybe an arrow to show where the player should move toward to get back to the hallway.)
I hope this game is something others will try out! It’d be fun to get together and figure out how to complete the game and get that secret ending!
