0.14 is an update, 0.14.1 is the patch
If you really have given Android the human kit, then that's a very rare issue (most simply haven't done that event despite the dialogue box prompt), you can fix it by opening the RenPy console with Shift + O and entering "bothashuman = True".
I think Runey might be looking into this, not sure, he's simply said he's addressing making needing to give her the kit even more obvious.
