Been stuck on this for a bit >.< at 13 hours playtime.

New Ark City: Handle Science Lab Tower's meat parasite infection. Ive cleared the tower, head back to the abandoned place, and cant find any progress, if I seek while in the abandoned place, I don't find Mistrya, but if I get pulled into the wall I do. How do I get further?

Abandoned Town: Hang out with Cassie and Alissa. Their dialogues are one liners and dont seem to progress anything?

The two Nurse foxes in Upper Ark City, How do I start their quests?
