The game was ok, I loved the idea of the fear that could be built up by having your car break down in such an out of the way place. Although so many aspects of the game feel dragged out, like moving the logs off of the road, just for the car to break down. Was the Car tampered with at the gas station, or were the logs placed there so someone could be robbed or killed. In the end, neither seems to happen and instead you are left waiting for help for a long enough time to make both questions incidental. The coffee machine as well, why did it disappear and who broke into your room after the fact? Why did the neighbours report noise? So many questions yet nothing is answered.

The game feels like it is throwing out red herrings left and right, but in the end is more confusing to what is happening and just drags out the game. The full horror moments can be broken down into two to three events, with parts of fear built up by events like the car breaking down, broken by the time skip. You could take away the car trip, and start from the Motel, and you would effectively have the same game.

Overall I preferred your first game, it just felt that with Home Alone the horror moments were not dragged out, and the moments skipped were needed to just place you at the next horror moment. You even had more memorable moments and a greater build up of suspense. Will still look out for the next game, and what way you take it.
