For vampire, there are two ways. First is submitting to the chapter 2 boss when given the option. Second is losing to the ancient vampire boss, which you fight by accepting the quest from the old man with glasses. There isn’t really much succubus gameplay, its mainly an extended bad ending, but you can see it by losing to the boss in the casino.
