Looking at the patch notes you are supposed to keep inventory on rebirth. I lost my inventory and coins when I rebirthed. Items were invisible in inventory
Also when turning in a quest with a full inventory rewards are duplicated on the ground. And when buying an item with a full inventory materials are not consumed, and item is dropped to ground.
