The end product is great! I watched the streams as it was developed and learned a lot!
I think the photo capture happens too fast in the browser, before the flash has finished fading out, therefore causing the picture to look like that.
I hope you manage to make an updated version in the future, with more props to wear, allowing for user made sprites and maybe add a resize/rotate tool as well? :)
