Huh, It doesn't work for me. I have first 4 tasks done, yet when I go to meeting room all I can do is go to oriental festival for 80 coins or listen to Izanamis and Asmedias speech.
Did you complted all other quests? What did you learned about hidden city leader and council. You havent learned a thing, about them unless you complte some other quests. Some events are interconnected, you need to progress with other events at dusk city. in order to learn more about these people
I thought that's what I was supposed to do, since it was only thing in quests except that cat girl. I completed both Hell and Mercenaries thingy, didn't know there was more. Anyway, thanks mate!
