Just have 3 of those potions in your inventory and open the gate via [Space]. Be sure to have the newest version, cause there was a bug that you needed 7 potions, and not 3.
0.17.1 is the newest BUT when I fixed this bug I did not change the version number! So when in doubt just download the version again from my patreon.
