The game contains mature content, maybe you're underage.
To be honest, I don't know why your download fails. The file works fine for me and seeing the download stats it works fine for others, too. Maybe try another browser?
Well I'm not underage! However I tried on a different browser and it cleared up the issues right there. Thank you for the suggestion!
