Can't recruit Wendy as a commander been talking to her at the inn again and again..but to no avail
You need the CG scene with the squad leader Ailluin before you can recruit Wendy.
I've been looking at the PDF file..and it didn't say anything about needing the cg of ailluin though...thanks for the info..👍
