Hey Sam! As I mentioned on Steam, it sounds like an important save file got corrupted. You can purge your saves from this folder: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\EotF_Sacrament\Saved\SaveGames (replace [USERNAME] with your own username on your computer) to start again fresh. I also pushed an update here and on Steam this morning that I hope will provide an extra fail-safe from something like this happening again.
