[EDIT] I got the program to work as intended. (A WINDOWS FIX)
In case if anyone gets this problem... this might help.
Find and reinstall the DirectX and vc_redist (64 bit/32 bit) for windows, then restart your pc.
This was all i needed to fix the program not picking up the audio.
