That's really odd, I tested all of those traps just now and didn't get that bug for any of them. The trap doesn't even really put you down in the wall in-game, the screen just fades to black, and then should return to normal after. I did notice that the trap doesn't cost linking charges though, so at the very least if that bug happens again it won't cause an infinite loop after patch 0.26.4.
