Several things you need. First, you need to have activated the first two special scenes. Next you have to have reached the last Firewall. And lastly you need a whole lot of Love Points. You will see that you have reached the last condition if Gomamon's face changes and the bar is almost fully blue.
Only a written scene for now and it will take lots of time before there will be some art for it as there is still lots of art missing, but the game is steadily progressing. ^^
