It's a false positive. Never use virustotal. Scanning a file actually makes it more likely to be flagged as a false positive.
The reason its probably being flagged is due to its ability to download and modify arbitrary files, i.e. patch the game. Combined with it having admin that's why it can be flagged, but I assure you it's safe.
