I used chrome to test the game, I see that you are using a different browser - that might be the issue since the game currently works for me. I am not super sure what settings could affect playing a HTML5 game in the browser, and my limited research didn't reveal anything telling. I would suggest - if possible - trying the game on chrome. Unfortunately past that, I am not able to help and I greatly apologize for this. I will do more research over the coming days to see if there can be any resolution to this over the long term!

There's two possible reasons for the error:
1. I am using Edge
2. I am accessing itch via proxy (because school)
I will try using Chrome to play the game and it will hopefully work.
I have a feeling that the error is caused by the proxy I'm using, because using Chrome did not work. If I can, I will try out the game on a different computer later. Cheers!
