PayPal .aol Account Verification Problem

Hello Itch.io users! So recently, I have launched my game to be donated to and connected my PayPal account. The only problem is though, this PayPal account was from a while ago and I signed up with my .aol account. When I connected my .aol account to itch.io it says I have account permissions and payments receivable but not my Email verified. I went to open up my .aol account but I did not see an email from itch.io nor from PayPal with a link. Does this mean I cannot receive payments? Also, even if I am able to receive payments how do I verify my .aol PayPal account? (just to be safe) Thank you! <3

For the itch.io e-mail verification, check your spam folder. They sometimes end up there. As for PayPal, any verification e-mail is going to come from them, on the address you used to make your PayPal account. That may or may not be the same you used for itch.io; either way, please contact them for troubleshooting. Hope this helps.

Oh, thank you so much! I found it in the spam folder. Finally I can make some money off of my games, thank you again!
