I have no clue on the last Aurora outfit, but to unlock the schedules takes a bit of work. You need to have unlocked the Villain's bar, talked to Aurora and Cinderella about the villains, talked to the wizard about his perv suggestion, and then talked to Belle about the situation with the villains, and reluctantly bring up the wizard's suggestion. She agree's it's a good idea and that sets up the schedules. This MIGHT take a fair amount of time. I unlocked it on day 67, no clue how quick or slow that is though!
