Despite the handful of soft locks due to being able to reach locations and not having the power ups to be able to proceed or back track , and the loss of power ups on reload (which didn't happen every time) this one was a really neat metroidvania.

I did manage to finish it.

  • The presentation overall was really good quality
  • Engaging story
  • Very responsive controls
  • A map would be a great addition as the dungeon didn't have a lot of visual variation.
  • The ability to revisit the interlude levels that you go to after gaining a power up would be nice . There were health power ups I missed. Either that or the option to not be forcefully transported back to the dungeon after having the last exchange with the deer.


Overall, really fun and a nice challenge.
