it's not that that native mate... The ingredients simply including Ton Yum cube or paste, Coconut cream, sugar, salt, fish sauce, lemon, mushrooms, baby corn (whatever Vegetables you'd prefer).
For meats you can go with 🦑, 🦐, 🐔...etc
I'm sure every 1 of ingredients that you can find at your nearby grocery stores.
Wait I also put 3 baluts into the mix for my taste... LOL
Ehhhh friend you can always go with more like Italian foods...
I do cook some spaghetti sometimes.
There's no seafood at that moment so I use the sausage and some meatballs... LOL
I wish you guys could have a dinner party like Route in Day 7, at the inn. I'll be sure to cooksome varieties of foods for u guys and get our life wasted at mid night... 🤣

it's normal here especially during Chinese Festival, we need to cook like 6-7 different foods ranging from deep fried, boil, steam...etc
So it's pretty normal not that impressive.
wow... Chinese festival is really something...
I think I forgot one thing about the story is that my family is not normal I swear I have to cook some stuff for 7 days straight I don't why there reason but that is not normal
And I'm pretty my parents was going crazy on the 3rd day I feel pretty bad...

I'm loving seafood anyway.
I'll get enough ingredients first. I'll share the result soon once I complete it.
Probably going out with friends... or maybe have a small gathering at some1's house + drinking (this time gotta need to know the limits. For godsake, last time my stomach hurt so bad for drinking heavy almost everyday).
Backup plan would be hitting theater for spiderman (don't worry mate, Daily Covid cases here only 5-10 per day. Still have mask on and alcohol spray bottle).
Also trying to get a full week off (annual leave) by next week. If my boss approved, I will have more free time to enjoy the holiday season.
