When will be able to download Chapter 4?

You can download it now. I was forced to raise the price from $5 to $8.95 to comply with Steam's price parity requirement as we work to get our product on that platform.
My goal is that if you've already paid for the game, you shouldn't have to pay for it again, even if you initially purchased at the $5.00 price point. I'm working out how to set up that pricing setup now.
