I don't suggest you to keep it, because all it does is give you more damage from penetrative skill but increase your penis sensitivity and sex fetish. Also with this perk you can't skip the event of the "Matango ambush"in the first dungeon.
Its funny because you play a hero and then out of nowhere just rush in humping Matango women with the mushroom head perk. No hi no asking just random sexual acts on sight.
