It' not a bad perk, but it's not one of the best either(at least for me). The part where you can't skip the Matango scene is obviously a big plus.

I don't suggest you to keep it, because all it does is  give you more damage from penetrative skill but increase your penis sensitivity and sex fetish. Also with this perk you can't skip the event of the "Matango ambush"in the first dungeon.

Personally i love the Matangos in the firts dungeon and in the cave, really love the scene where you have sex with them for a week and the gentle/lewd nature they have. I would really like see more contents with either of them or even a unique character with a romanceable route.Really hoping they add one!
