Thanks for the report. It has been brought up to my attention and will be fixed in the upcoming update. This seems like a rarer bug and I hope you can still progress with your game.
Oh. You are absolutely correct. I didn't actually realise that you could put more than 9 different types of weapons. Thanks for that. That really helped a whole lot!
