Have to start a new game?

You really are using this as a tester of sorts for BM eh? Either that or you stopped using the old engine entirely and had no choice.

Its not like this game had any major plot or anything….wait for the next freak on a leash to bang you and wonder where you teleport next or with who, so starting over at this point isn’t much of a big deal anyway lol

The randomness of this game (and mass amounts of ‘females’) is what makes it entertaining, you probably have just as much fun letting loose when you make it as people get playing it, unlike your other project where you got tiptoe around certain things.

It's a work in progress, things change over time. I do some experiments here and there, but it's not like this doesn't happen in other games as well. You simply can't predict everything from the start ;)

Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a complaint. You can’t predict anything at all in this game haha…which is what makes it unique.

On a side note, I seemed to be able to load my old saves just fine and continue right on with the notes being added fully as I interacted with characters again. I’m starting over just to see if I missed anything by doing it. I thought this might be important on your end, I didn’t see any issue so far.

IIRC, this was made is HS…I wouldn’t mind seeing some of the characters come included in the download, but I would guess if anything the characters are a patreon perk ;p

I know it works for some on the surface, but some variables will have wrong values, the note system will miss a lot of notes, and I don't even want to think about what's going to happen with such a save in future updates.
Regarding the Cards: Maybe I'll include them when the game is finished ;)

I see, pre-meditated save failure. Respect for that call…even more respect if you throw in the cards later haha.

I completely understand not wanting people with the cards during development…that could go all kinds of bad.

I have every mod I could find (late on the existence of HS) and idk how you manage to do what you do with it. I have a small story maker etc…but I think I would go nuts using that–not that I really have a knack for this style of game anyways, but I tried for myself a few times with terrible results lol. Maybe I should check out renpy for a laugh.

Regardless, appreciate the response. Your by far one of the most down to earth laid back devs I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to and I’m a coder myself.

Projects and all fan garbage aside, you seem like good people. Keep it real rec, the world could use a few more decent people in higher places.
