MZ has an option to encrypt images and audio for deployment of the game i guess your way to protect your game is more advanced than that ? i don't remember seeing this option when i tested the trial version of vx ace or was it there already
Yes, vx ace does. The problem is there are programs which can unlock the files. And make it possible to open the project just the same way I do to edit and make the game. It's very well known which made it even harder to continue to finish making the game. I know day one that this will happen. I just hope they're generous back for all the work done. But, the story is the main strength, I didn't even realise there's 7 hours of story. It's a mammoth with soul and that can't be duplicated.
i have zero knowledge about that kind of things , i didn't think it was that easy for people that know that kind of bad things :( i hope it won't happen and you right things might get duplicated but your own soul into the story cannot .. you are you and anyone is themselves ,differents mind and everything
7 hours of story alone is quite long already ,it's good :)
i'll have to look into the time it takes for only the story part once i'll be finished with my own game thought i'm not sure it will be that long , i'm too far from the end to be sure of anything story wise and the other things. i finally finish the main town of the island a few days ago and started the next things.
i would like to speak with you outside of the website sometime to make it easier than all the post but i don't want to be a bother ..i can be a small chatterbox when talking about games as you can see
Thanks, as mentioned before. Know what your ending is and you'll be able to build a build a path with links along the way. I had no ending in mind up until 6-7 months ago which made the story quite detached, and then as soon as I writ the best way to finish that was the moment I could go back through the story and create the links building up to it.
