Just finished the game and would've really liked if pregnancy to each girl was allowed
If ya scroll up you'll see it is a planned detail, to be implemented in the future. At current though, most of the plot seems to be taking place in less than a year, and half the cast would be resistant to it in that time frame.
After the plot though, during the (I hope) happily ever after, then I suspect preggers for day
