I just downloaded the game looked through all the updates and saw that I don't have all of the features that are mentioned so what do I have to do download all the previous updates ?
There is no need to download previous versions.
All available features in previous versions are in the latest version as well.
BTW which feature are you asking about which you are unable to find (If its about pregnancy and new forms, its under the heading incoming features, ie, its yet to come in near/far future)
