To open the right door to the cell - you must complete some quests related to the monastery and nuns. Did you help a nun with a dildo? Did you take the ring in the nun's cell during the main quest? Until you do this, the entrance to the cells will be closed.
Got it, thank you. Didnt realize I had to do the extra quests (the dildo and the ring) since all it said in the gallery is 'after quest 2'. I thought that meant, literally right after.
