You can change costumes for Citrine from the wardrobe, though you can't customize the outfits of your pets (yet)!
what's the use of the purchaseable clothes? i wonder if we can customize the thief in the future lol
They're a bit of an outdated feature, after the very first version of the game! I'd recommend just selling 'em, they currently don't have a use!
