I can't replicate the error. Perhaps you could try using a different browser? If it's an issue with itch.io, you'll have to contact them to get it resolved. I only post my work here, I don't operate the site. I'm sorry you're having trouble. :-/
It seems like a VPN was causing an issue. Disconnected from the VPN, and the site behaved correctly. Thanks for the reply.
