Where do I find the witch and where do I find the aphrodisiac
In the swamp
You find the witch in the Dark Swamp area.
To unlock the witch you must do the 'Lost Acolytes' quest from Othra (the Lizard Tribe Priestess). After the quest is done just look around the Dark Swamp area and it should pop up randomly.
