Glad that you seem to be managing, even thought the struggles are still there. I tried to read through all of your posts, and made it though most of them, so I want you to know that your words reached at least one guy out there.
I recently cut my hours at work down a bit so that I can focus on my mental health by building good habits. I'm still on my normal hours, but even just knowing that things will be different next week, seeing glimpses of change down the road, and being encouraged by people around me really helps me to keep doing my best (which is sometimes just having enough motivation to do what feels like the bare minimum in my day-to-day life). I'm glad that there are people who support me, even when I don't do enough to maintain all my relationships, and I hope you have the same.
