I did not see the relevance of temperature here, and I think the clocks as well could have been any object. It was simple, but it was also complete and for a game jam that's always cool!

Okay so you got some clocks here, right, but theme implementation is just one sentence in the description of the game, but the game is the one who needs to tell a player what's the theme. After losing the clocks are still moving in the background.
