Very nice. Apart from the music and some graphics, I think it kind of convincingly appears to be like "Crazy Taxi, but released 15 years earlier". Gameplay is made easy and simple, even down to some weird aspects, like how you can drive through other cars.
I'd like to invite this game to our Game Development World Championship!
