This definitely suffers from the lack of content. In fact, this is hardly even a tech demo.
While I actually did start off by enjoying the gameplay, the lack of anything more than opening a gate made for an extremely bland experience. This game had a lot of potential and I was very sad to see it not utilized.
However, I did read the description and a note that the project was incomplete due to it being out of scope was in there. While this does not mean the game gets any pity, I do respect your decision to announce the mistake.
Overall, I can’t give you any criticism I don’t think you already know. This game fails from it’s lack of development, otherwise it held a great amount of potential. Try to keep this as a lesson in the future.
