You can't get it to download, to install, or to start?
Renpy, the game engine I use to make the game, automatically ports the game to android. This usually works quite well, but the app might not work in all devices, especially in older ones. If that's the case for you, unfortunately, there's not much I can do to help. Make sure sure the apk file was completely downloaded. When you open it, make sure to allow it to be installed.
