Thank you sooooo much for playing and for your kind words! I'm really happy that you enjoyed it! Also, regarding that certain part at the end, I'm glad it caught you off guard >:)

In regards to resetting, it is still possible to clean slate the game. I only have the instructions for Windows, however. Did you make sure to delete both "DatingStartVN-1.0.2-pc" and "DatingStartVN-102" folders? After that you'll need a new copy of the VN.

I can't seem to find the appdata file, I do have windows though.

How strange you're not finding the "DatingStartVN-102" folder. Is there anything in the appdata/renpy folder at all? Or is it empty?

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like I have the appdata folder at all, which is really weird, I tried to search for it but nothing seems to pop up

Your appdata folder might be a hidden folder! You might have to show the hidden items/folders in order to find it.
