“Okay now hold the crystal to your chest and relax everything.”

She does exactly that and relaxes
A glow starts to come from the crystal and spreads to Arsen’s whole body. The light fades away after a few seconds and Arsen now has gills and flippers.

she runs into the water and swims around for a bit and comes back
“This is so cool!!”
“Yeah! I got it from a shady crab.”
“uhh… you sure it’s safe then or how long it lasts?”
