Oh my gosh, I strongly like this. Holy cow, this is gold.

Especially Mrs. Slitherss's Eye(s). The idea of using those as weapons... genius! The Dragin Tongue and Creator Pollywog Grimoire also, but Mrs. Slitherss's eye is star by far for me.

The only difference I can think of is that unless there's some major trade-off- such as, say, a stone-set minimum stat penalty, Mrs. Slitherss's eye would be overpowered to wear compared to other helmets. In my opinion, it would be much more functional as a long-range weapon. It could stand out as having spontaneous projection, very long range, and very strong stunning ability, at the expense of burst damage.

It could alternatively be an off-hand weapon, being able to do all these things at the expense of a grimoire. The stunning ability would work especially well with a weapon; fire a laser with the eye, then swing or shoot a weapon into the paralyzed enemy.

Some attention is due the other two, of course.

The Dragin Tongue could be like Slitherss's tongue, but specialized for hand-to-hand combat rather than having the versatile range of Mrs. Slitherss's eye.

The Pollywog Grimoire would be fairly useless in the current game- no offense- but if in the future Fishlicka focuses on progression- different items having different rarities, and those rarities being affected by location, target, and in-game events- I think that a Pollywog grimoire could be a good beginner-level grimoire. Possible to find really early on, albeit unlikely; to introduce players to the concept of grimoires and give a sense of their potential to be useful. Then the player can discover more powerful, much rarer grimoires later on.

The only exception I can think of- something to give the Pollywog grimoire worth in its own right- is for the grimoire to be able to spawn countless pollywogs, regardless of size, instead of one; and for the Pollywogs to impose on enemy momentum. Then one could spawn a horde of hasslers to keep otherwise fast-paced, terrestrial enemies at a manageable speed.
