For the Reaction-based Wits QTE, you need to time your button press for when the yellow bars touch (a white ! will also pop up) to succeed at the QTE.
For the Defense-based Wits QTE, you need to keep the bar from fully depleting while also trying not to overfill it. The bar can be filled at your own pace by pressing and holding down the QTE's button.
