Corrupted how? Did you unzip the contents of the zip file before playing? I just downloaded the x64 version and was able to play it fine.
Did you try downloading again? Maybe the download messed up.
winrar has a habit OF corrupting files in my experience. try 7zip, it seems to perform better in every case i've seen
