Hi! Are you upgrading Lovely Composer from a previous version? Or Is it the first boot after purchase?
What I would like you to check for the time being
- Using Windows 10?
- Is the zip file unzipped?
- Are there any security warnings (such as unconfirmed executables)?
- Have you tried turning off antivirus temporarily?
- Try another(older) version
It may be helpful to know the environment of your PC. (OS ver. Etc.)
If the following file is created in the same location as lovely_composer.exe, it may be helpful to zip & upload it somewhere and let me know.
- app_log.log
- doxel_log.log
- error_log.txt
