Okay so story progress needs you to do the Ruined Lab right? Think I've mostly exhausted the content outside that since I can't one-shot the plant and Bell's disappeared though.
As far as I am aware, there is nothing more to do with the ruined lab at the moment. You need to wait for the next update. And look around the forest in Abandoned Town for Bell. If she is not there, try Transylvania.
