No, this is not a current feature of the Keylogger.

What do you mean by "each log as its own"? I imagine a scenario where the user types something , that text is logged and then after for example 5 minutes, if the user types again, that text should be a separate log?

Yes! But not after 5 minutes.

I mean, for example, if I set up the log to be created every 45 minutes, so I want a NEW log every 45 minutes and not a continuation of the previous one and the one before that etc.

I understand what you mean. I just released a new version that contains a setting called "Clear log after every export". Turning this option on will give you the result that you're looking for.
