Try clicking on the book at the top of the UI. I think you may be stuck on a mission, so check if there are any of the missions there that have something you can do.

I tried that already and the mission I'm stuck on is for both Dux and Sunflower and they both want me to find Dux but he isn't showing up anywhere

You should use the arrow keys on the map screen (The white ones) on the temple that looks like this

Yeah I knew that, that's what I said I tried in my last comment. I figured out I couldn't go there because I hadn't gone to the Library office. I've got past that part and now I'm stuck on mixing the paint on Fuco's quest.

That one is a bit hard, but here is the key. You press yellow 5 times, then blue 3 times and then red 3 times, that should do it.
