Actually I think that both tests do not have any influence on overall story. You should try both versions of test outcome and IMHO first test should be lost and second should be won.

it doesn't but top 1 choices influence girl relationship impact game execpt maddie test i never did use bottom choice i only say that some influence choices about it like screeen shot he post he fine houses hold being bully

I just finished 0.14 and can say that the first test does have some influence (several dialogues with different wording (I noticed because of the missing skip ability)). So both tests should be won. But there are three (I thing) places (the question time) with several available questions where it does not matter choosing other than top option.
But it is safe to state the "top option except second test" walk through is valid.
